The EdmDrill™ RT1800 is a specially designed machine for drilling extremely small holes in long and narrow parts. With X axis travel of 70 inches and Y axis travel of 12 inches, the RT1800 can easily handle long perforation dies, tubes, cylinders, or even a series of part fixtures mounted side-by-side. The moving C-Frame design enables precise table positioning and the stationary worktable ensures part stability with no axes overhang issues. The optional AEC24 Automatic Electrode Changer is mounted to the drilling head, minimizing tool change time.
