The EdmDrill™ CT500 is a high-precision, large capacity machine with 22 x 14 inch XY travel. The spacious work area can accommodate the Nikken 5AX-SW105 or 5AX-130 rotary table turning the CT500 into one of the most advanced CNC EDM drillers. The worktable material is granite to optimize electrical isolation and the unique work tank can be configured for submersed or non-submersed drilling. Any option can be added to the CT500, including the Automatic Electrode Changer (AEC24), Automatic Guide Changer (AGC) and safety light curtains. Built for accuracy, longevity and consistency, it’s easy to understand why hundreds of CT500 machines are being used in the most demanding production facilities worldwide.
